this restaurant is a little gem, located in the colourful cape quarter/de waterkant , the vibe of this french inspired cafe, will make you fall in love , with a few table on the balcony wich makes it the perfect place to chill with a cake , just what i did LOL
but their food menu sounds very appetising as well , i just went after lunch for dessert as i heard they have yummy cakes , being a bit of a carrot cake lover i had to try it , and although my expectations were quite high , i surely wasn’t desapointed !
very moist and full of flavours , each ingredients could be tasted the creamy icing and the moist sponge cake with carrots bits and spices were a total delight and balance perfection … very bite was like , god this is so good 😍 loved the walnut aftertaste too, i was even asking myself if this is the best carrot cake I’ve ever had … and well i believe its a YES !
so i know the cakes are great …But next time i would like to try the savoury dishes as well ! if they’re on the same quality level of the above that might be quite spectacular 😋
